• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may return your unused and unwashed Shelpora silk bonnet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on used, washed, or worn items for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return:

1. Email us at supportshelpora@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label (for defective items only).
3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
